A trendy beverage brand house operating across South Africa’s major retail liquor channels is seeking a
Brand Activations Coordinator.

The company drives brand presence and sales through high-impact in-store activations, tasting campaigns, and a professional national team of promoters.
As the Brand
Activations Coordinator

, you'll take charge of field operations. This is an operational role focused on managing promoter teams, streamlining logistics, and ensuring every in-store activation is executed to perfection.


Key Responsibilities


  • Promoter Management:

    Own the roster. You’ll onboard, and schedule promoters, ensuring every shift is filled and that brand standards are strictly maintained.


  • Retail Partnerships:

    Act as the primary point of contact for store-level relationships. You’ll coordinate schedules with store managers and resolve on-site operational hurdles promptly.


  • Stock & Logistics:

    Manage the "tasting kit." You’ll handle stock allocation, track usage to minimise waste, and ensure every store has the inventory they need ahead of scheduled events.


  • Performance Tracking:

    Numbers matter. You’ll monitor sales targets, compile weekly performance reports, and identify opportunities to boost ROI at the store level.


Requirements


  • Education:

    A
    BCom in Marketing

    or a degree in a related field is required.


  • Experience:

    1–2 years in activations, field marketing, or retail operations (experience in the liquor/beverage industry is highly advantageous).


  • Tech Savvy:

    Proficient in
    Microsoft Excel

    and comfortable using digital reporting tools and mobile apps.


  • Mobility:

    A valid driver’s license and your own
    reliable transport

    is essential.


  • Working hours

    : Monday to Friday 8 to 5 pm. Weekend work will be required from time to time.


  • Grit:

    The ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
