Job Description

The Branch Supervisor is responsible for the successful delivery and oversight of the Hertz product to internal and external customers. This position provides overall leadership to all employees with responsibility for overall operating performance, customer satisfaction, positive employee culture, safety, service, budgets, and vendor relations. The Branch Supervisor is responsible to have in-depth knowledge of operations, management, logistics, technology, and financial disciplines.

  • Hourly Rate is $25.25 + Commission.
  • Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 ($500 paid at 60 and 90 days of employment)

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent is required. Must be 20 years of age or older. Previous management experience in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed. Demonstrated ability to direct and motivate teams.
