About ASE - GSS branch team:
Own service delivery for critical distributors across assigned locations, including non-branch locations, by proactively managing stakeholder relationships, meeting service-level targets, ensuring resolution of escalations within defined SLAs, conducting periodic service governance reviews, and enhancing the overall experience of clients and distribution partners.
Plan and manage periodic visits to non-branch and other assigned locations by preparing and monitoring travel budgets, optimizing travel schedules, and conducting structured engagement meetings with key distributors to strengthen relationships, address service issues, and drive business objectives.
Ensure timely tracking, monitoring, and resolution of all distributor queries, requests, and complaints within defined service standards.
Leverage data analytics and MIS to generate actionable insights and develop value-added discussion points for all scheduled distributor interactions.
Respond to queries from distributors, financial advisors, and other stakeholders on transaction processing, operational procedures, regulatory requirements, compliance guidelines, and related matters through inbound and outbound communication channels.
Stay updated on market developments, fund and company policies, regulatory and tax law changes, compliance requirements, and operational procedures in a dynamic business environment.
Adhere to all regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements while servicing distributors and managing customer interactions.
Maintain effective working relationships and communication channels with all CAMS POS locations to ensure seamless service delivery to distributors.
Share periodic Distributor Service Level Reports, including analysis of service issues, error trends, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports to track service performance, identify error trends, and monitor corrective actions and improvements.
Collaborate effectively across teams and demonstrate flexibility in assuming additional responsibilities or supporting different functions within the team, as required.
Foster a collaborative work environment by being an active team player and contributing to team objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Support and manage branch operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and adherence to operational standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA preferred; Graduate degree mandatory, preferably in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial services, with exposure to the mutual fund industry being an added advantage.
