PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Program Analyst with experience in full lifecycle project management in support of our customers located in St. Inigoes, MD.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supports and works directly with the Government Project Leads (GPLs) in the areas of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling.
- Develops cost estimates work breakdown structure (WBS) in MS Project/Excel
- Develop spend plans to estimate phased execution plans of anticipated project budgets.
- Develop project structures in Navy ERP.
- Reviewing incoming and outgoing funding documents.
- Provides analysis of Navy ERP expenditures.
- Provides weekly updates to Project Cost Reports.
- Communicates timelines and prioritizes tasking with the team.
- Coaches, Teaches, Trains, and mentor’s other analysts.
Qualifications:
- Of the required three (3) years of experience, at least two (2) years of experience required in a business or technical position in a project management role.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and plan projects risks, tracking, and defining mitigations.
- Knowledge of FAR, CLINS/SLINS/ACRN Structures, TDLs, Task Orders mandatory.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree. No degree plus six (6) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories.
- Associates degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories required experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
