Automotive Refinish Technologies (ART) is a wholesale distributor of automotive and industrial paint coatings products to Auto Body Collision Repair Shops and Light Industrial Manufacturers.

The Fulfillment Manager is accountable for all operations and fulfillment business activities at our Fulfillment Centre at: 51175 Pontiac Trail; Wixom, Michigan.

The ideal candidate will have distribution experience with sustained success as well as experience in automotive after-market distribution. We are seeking an individual that has a positive can-do attitude, is reliable, highly motivated, hands-on, versatile, flexible and accountable with a firm, fair and consistent supervisory style.

As a Branch Operations Manager you will...

  • Be the Business Manager with P&L accountability for the Fulfillment Centre location (sales and operations)
  • Provide leadership and management for the day-to-day sales facilitation activities of a high volume, high demand, delivery time sensitive fulfillment centre warehouse distribution operation: Sales, Customer Service, Warehousing, Customer Order Fulfillment, Customer Order Delivery, Inventory Control: Purchasing, Receiving, Order Pick/Pack; Inventory Replenishment, Accounts Payable. Accounts Receivable, Business Administration and Health & Safety activities.
  • Have Direct Reports: Fulfillment Coordinator; Fulfillment Service Representative(s) - Logistics & Fulfillment Service Representative(s) Business Support
  • Provide Leadership and set example for working safely, diligently, efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and applicable government regulations.
  • Proficiently manage and participate in all aspects of customer service to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction to business objective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Experience and success in leading and managing people in a distribution business environment.
  • Excellence in organization, time management and communication skills.
  • Physically capable. Ability to Lift 50lbs.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent Math Skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
