The Branch Operations Manager in Juneau oversees all service delivery and operational activities with an emphasis on safety, adherence to quality standards, and ongoing enhancement of customer service. Responsibilities include managing Parts & Service functions such as field service, workshop operations, maintenance contracts, and additional services, as well as ensuring the proper upkeep of the Juneau branch facility.
