Job Description

Frazer, a leading provider of specialist civils, infrastructure & utilities products and solutions, is on the hunt for a Branch Operations Manager to join our Frazer branch in Cardiff Pengam Rd.

Hours: 7am- 5pm Monday to Friday 

Key Responsibilities   

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, take an active interest in their projects, andassistwith order processing.

• Team Leadership: Manage warehouse operatives and drivers, ensuring daily setup and route planning.

• Manage transport logistics, including scheduling drivers to ensure on-time deliveries. Monitor operations to improve efficiency and profitability. Coordinate with third-party driver agencies to confirm proper induction and training.

• Ensure the branch runs efficiently, optimising workflows and processes to meet operational goals. Implement best practices for inventory management and stock control.

• Reporting & Support: Produce monthly reports and provide support to the Branch Manager.

• Health & Safety & Cleanliness: Keep the branch tidy andprioritize health and safety atall times

Required Skills and Experience  

• Previousexperience in the industry is preferred.

• Background in warehouse and transport management with inclusive leadership skills.

• Genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction and a “customer-first” attitude.

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors with a focus on health and safety.

• Demonstrates solid commercial acumen.
