Responsibilities

  • Execute transaction-based processes, payment investigations, and liquidity management support to ensure accurate, timely delivery across product lines.
  • Align daily workflows with global Cash Operations strategies, regulatory requirements, and established SLAs, KPIs, and KRIs.
  • Mitigate operational and regulatory risks by performing robust controls, escalating issues promptly, and implementing mitigation solutions.
  • Own cross-divisional back-office processes to guarantee seamless, complete, and accurate transaction capture within the bank.
  • Support the optimization of front-to-back workflows through change management, automation, and continuous improvement projects.

Skills

  • Relevant experience in a back / middle office, control or project team, with comprehensive knowledge of banking products (including Cash, MM, FX, and Loans).
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Kondor+, SWIFT, and/or Avaloq is considered as a strong advantage.
  • Remain up to date on regulatory requirements and market changes.
  • Collaborate effectively within diverse, multi-location teams using strong English communication skills, with German language proficiency considered a strong asset.
  • The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
