You’ll be working in the Beverly Hills, California office as an extension of the West LA Wealth Management Leadership team. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver customize products and services. As a branch office administrator, you’ll play an important role in success of the team.
• ideally 1-2 years of relevant branch operations experience
• high school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
• proven written and verbal communication skill
• independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action
• passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
• self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - California - Beverly Hills min USD 60000 - max USD 85000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
