About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to support performance programs across the National Branch Network, ensuring they are positioned to drive desired branch behaviors.
This role is responsible for developing analysis from performance metrics, identifying trends and performance drivers, and translating complex information into actionable insights for leaders. In this role, you will leverage data, reporting, dashboards, and business analysis to evaluate performance, influence decision making, and drive continuous improvement across the branch network.
In addition to delivering insights, the role will lead and support strategic initiatives that enhance performance management capabilities and drive organizational change.
In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain banker and branch productivity metrics, reporting, and scorecards aligned to business priorities.
Analyze performance trends, identify key drivers, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.
Translate complex data into clear insights and executive-ready presentations that influence decision making.
Design and optimize reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement tools that provide visibility into business results and leading indicators.
Partner with data, product, finance, and compensation teams to implement metrics, improve reporting capabilities, and resolve data challenges.
Support the design and governance of benchmarking, peer group, and performance measurement frameworks to enable fair and meaningful performance comparisons.
Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance performance management, incentive effectiveness, reporting capabilities, and business execution.
Influence stakeholders and drive change through data-driven insights, recommendations, and effective project management.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting sales organizations, with a focus on performance measurement, data modeling, and building dashboards that deliver actionable insights that improve sales performance and business outcomes
Desired Qualifications:
Experience analyzing performance metrics and translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and outcomes
Experience developing and optimizing reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and performance management tools to support decision making and business strategy
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications, including the ability to create executive level analyses and presentations
Experience partnering across various lines of businesses and teams to deliver scalable performance measurement solutions
Experience leading or supporting cross functional projects and initiatives, and driving execution from concept through implementation
Knowledge and understanding of retail banking and branch performance metrics, including the drivers of sales growth, productivity, customer outcomes, and field behaviors
Experience with incentive compensation, performance measurement frameworks, benchmarking methodologies, or sales effectiveness programs
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
