Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our South Plain branch. This role is responsible for the overall success of the branch, including driving sales, managing operations, and developing a high-performing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives for the South Plain branch.
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with company policies, and excellent customer service.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage branch budget, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the South Plain region.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
• Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met within the branch.
• Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally.
• Promote OXYNEXIS PRIVATE LIMITED's products and services within the local community.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA prefferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably within a diagnostic/ medical equipment company. Total work experience of minium 10 years required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management and budget oversight.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Familiarity with the South Plain market and local business landscape is a plus.
• Proficiency in SFDC, MS Excel and MS Power point.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software.
