QualificationsWhat You Bring to the Team
Proven leadership experience within a financial services or customer‑focused environment, with a strong record of coaching teams to high performance.
Expertise in people and performance management, including developing talent, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability.
Solid business and financial acumen, with the ability to meet branch goals in areas such as member growth, deposit and loan production, service delivery, and operational excellence.
Strong communication, judgment, and problem‑solving skills, enabling you to make sound decisions that support members, team members, and the credit union’s mission.
