Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Rockhampton Airport branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
• Manage branch fleet and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities
• Review and action reports on branch performance, including profit, controllable costs and customer feedback (SQI, Hot Alerts)
• Collaborate with other departments and branches to achieve company goals and objectives

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in car rental or related industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
