About this Position

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall
management and success of the branch, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations,
strong sales performance, compliance with safety and legal requirements, and
exceptional customer service to mining-sector clients.

What you´ll do

• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day branch operations
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with legal, company, and industry regulations
• Maintain and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards
• Identify risks within the workplace and implement mitigation measures
• Achieve and exceed branch sales targets and revenue goals
• Promote company products and services to mining-sector clients
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch business
• Identify new opportunities within the Northern Cape mining market
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Utilise CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools to track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts

What makes you a good fit

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or senior operational leader
• Strong and demonstrable experience in the Northern Cape mining industry
• Sound understanding of mining operations and safety requirements
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, communication, and analysis
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer data and sales pipelines
• Proven ability to manage people, operations, and sales
• Strong financial, administrative, and organizational skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license
