What You'll Do

As Branch Manager, you will serve as the Market Manager for your community while leading the daily operations of the branch. This role combines customer relationship management, consumer and mortgage lending, business development, operational oversight, and team leadership. You will be responsible for growing market share, strengthening customer relationships, ensuring compliance, and creating a positive culture that supports both employee and customer success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Growing the branch's presence in the community through networking, civic involvement, and business development activities.
• Managing consumer lending activities, including interviewing applicants, analyzing requests, closing loans, and maintaining portfolio quality.
• Building and strengthening relationships with customers while identifying opportunities to provide additional financial solutions.
• Leading, coaching, and developing branch staff to create a strong, relationship-driven culture.
• Ensuring branch operations, audits, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Overseeing branch facilities, equipment, staffing, and day-to-day operations to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in banking, lending, customer relationship management, or branch leadership.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance requirements.
• A passion for customer service, business development, and community involvement.
• Ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.
