In this role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to:

• Oversee operations at a new branch in Mississauga, taking charge of sales, customer service, human resources, administration, and logistics;
• Develop and recommend innovative strategies to maximize productivity and drive team performance, always aiming to meet—and even exceed—financial objectives;
• Steer SPI’s growth daily through targeted business plans, precise forecasting, and thorough management of P&L, working closely with the external sales team;
• Train, develop one sales advisor to start and, helping them shine and stay committed;
• Build relationships to boost the visibility of the branch and the company, analyze the competition, identify areas for improvement, and propose creative solutions to capture every growth opportunity;
• Be the go-to person for assessing local market conditions, identifying present and future sales opportunities, and ensuring any client or employee satisfaction issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Who we’re looking for:

• You hold a college or university degree in business, management, or possess equivalent experience managing a branch;
• You excel at achieving sales targets, are results-oriented, and place the customer at the heart of everything you do;
• Your organizational skills and positive energy will make a real difference within our team.
