Branch Manager – Mining Equipment (Remanufacturing Division)

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus

We’re currently seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Mining Equipment Remanufacturing Branch, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

Leadership & Operations

• Oversee all branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality.
• Hire, train, and mentor branch personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and service.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and team meetings.
• Champion our Silver Service® philosophy across all levels of the branch.
• Collaborate with other branch managers and division leadership to meet company-wide goals.

Financial & Asset Management

• Develop and manage monthly and annual budgets.
• Safeguard company assets including inventory, receivables, and fixed assets.
• Ensure accurate billing, pricing, and timely submission of financial documents.
• Support Salt Lake Division HQ with accounting and reporting requirements.

Customer & Field Support

• Coordinate delivery of parts and equipment to mine sites for field service technicians.
• Ensure timely and accurate order placement, inventory management, and receipt processing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and branch responsiveness.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn and utilize E-Emphasis and other internal systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based with occasional field visits.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the day.
• Regular use of phone, computer, and office equipment.
