As Branch Manager, you'll lead the Mequon branch by developing your team, strengthening member relationships, and driving branch performance. You'll provide coaching and support to help employees grow, ensure members receive personalized service, and guide responsible lending practices. From overseeing daily operations and maintaining compliance to analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement, you'll play a key role in achieving business goals.
