Job Purpose
To manage overall salon branch operations, ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, achieve sales targets, manage staff performance, and maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the salon branch
Ensure achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets
Supervise staff attendance, performance, and discipline
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure implementation of company policies and SOPs
Coordinate with HR for hiring, training, and staff issues
Monitor stock, inventory, and product usage
Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are followed
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Head Office
Handle branch expenses and petty cash as per policy
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
