Job Description

  • Responsible for branch's performance in sales, service and compliance
  • Guide, motivate and drive branch staff towards achieving shared goals
  • Develop new business and maintain strong relationship with customers and the community
  • Maintain branch safety and security standards

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably Managers specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent
  • Min. 2 years experience in branch operations, compliance or in leadership / management role
  • Good knowledge of banking products and services with strong customer service skills
  • Has wealth & banca product licenses (IPPC, FIMM, PCE, CEILI & TBE) will be an added advantage
  • Possess high energy level with proven track record in sales achievement
  • Comfortable with a goal oriented environment
  • Malaysian Citizens only
