In alignment with leadership, the Branch Manager II supports Horizon Credit Union’s mission of providing relevant solutions combined with quality service to improve the financial and personal well-being of more people in more places. Your Path. Our Purpose. Leads performance, team engagement, member experience, member outreach, and community development across multiple branch locations. Oversees branch sales and operations while strengthening member relationships and expanding Horizon Credit Union’s presence in our communities. Coaches and develops all branch employees to achieve Credit Union goals, ensures operational effectiveness and service continuity, and fosters a high-quality sales and service culture aligned with Horizon’s CORE Values. Ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and established Credit Union policies and procedures across all assigned locations.

Our pay values are reflected in our compensation philosophy which rewards individual performance and the potential to contribute to our teams’ overall success long-term.
The full pay range for this position across all the states in which we hire is $31.14-$48.26. The figures shown represent the minimum and maximum of the range for this role. Individual offers are made dependent upon a candidate’s experience, education, and skill level.

EXPERTISE YOU NEED
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum of five years of progressively responsible financial services experience, including lending, sales management, business development, and operational oversight. Three years of branch management or comparable leadership experience required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Advanced proficiency in core banking, lending, digital banking, reporting platforms and systems, with the ability to leverage data and technology to drive branch growth, operational efficiency, and team performance. Proficient using Microsoft Office applications.

To perform the essential functions of this position an employee must be able to meet the following work place demands: ability to converse with others, detect sound, identify and detect objects, count, read, write, operate a computer, handle and feel objects, reach with hands/arms and be stationary and/or stand and/or move for long periods of time. Occasionally an employee will lift/pull/push and carry up to 25 to 50 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb and be able to maintain balance doing these activities. Position requires sound reasoning, good judgement and ability to apply knowledge toward work activities. The noise level is moderate and typical of a normal office environment.
