Purpose/Objective
Responsible for managing all functions of a retail branch. Maximize branch revenues, sales, customer satisfaction while minimizing operating losses. Inspire, motivate, coach and model sales and service behaviors. Must be a leader, team player and mentor, who fosters a motivated, diverse team environment to achieve expected results. Develop new business in the community through calling efforts and community involvement which results in achieving and/or exceeding assigned sales goals. Communicate, implement and monitor compliance of Bank standards, policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirement.
