THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a results driven and hands-on experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our key New Zealand branches in East Tamaki NZ.

This is an exciting leadership role for someone who thrives on combining operational excellence, customer engagement, and team development in a fast-paced industrial environment.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead, coach and mentor branch employees to achieve success
• Drive the branch performance by improved processes and streamline practices
• Ensure stock control systems are operating at optimum efficiency
• Monitoring of all branch work orders on a daily basis for accuracy and correct completion
• Shape, build and manage strong relationships and alignment with key customer stakeholders
• Responsible for control, direction, training and motivation of the employees and compliance of all company policies within the branch

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience managing a branch or service centre in the hydraulic, mechanical, or industrial services sector.

• Strong people-leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.

• Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and profit growth.

• Sound product knowledge in hydraulic hose, fittings, and fluid transfer solutions.

• A safety-first, customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
