We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager – Automobile to lead end-to-end 3S dealership operations (Sales, Service & Spare Parts). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maximizing branch profitability while delivering strong customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 
  4–5 years of experience in the automotive industry
• 
  Minimum 3 years in a managerial or dealership leadership role
• 
  Hands-on experience managing 3S dealership operations (Sales, Service, Spare Parts)
• 
  Strong commercial, operational, and financial acumen
• 
  Proven ability in team leadership and branch performance management
• 
  Experience in automotive after-sales/service operations preferred
• 
  Exposure to Chinese automotive brands will be an added advantage
• 
  Strong customer-centric mindset with decision-making capability

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead overall branch operations including Sales, Service, Workshop, and Spare Parts
• 
  Drive vehicle sales targets and revenue growth across assigned brands
• 
  Ensure branch profitability through effective cost and resource management
• 
  Oversee inventory control and performance of spare parts operations
• 
  Maintain OEM standards, compliance, and operational excellence
• 
  Lead, train, and develop branch teams to achieve performance goals
• 
  Build and manage strong relationships with corporate, fleet, and government clients
• 
  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
