Job Overveiw:

People Perfect is looking for a Branch Manager – Aftersales for one of its leading multinational clients in the Consumer Electronics industry. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to lead regional after-sales operations, drive service excellence, and enhance customer satisfaction while managing branch performance and Authorized Service Partners (ASPs).

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage complete regional after-sales operations and branch performance.
• 
  Supervise and monitor the performance of Authorized Service Partners (ASPs).
• 
  Ensure standardized installation, repair, and field service quality through inspections and audits.
• 
  Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, KPIs, and operational standards.
• 
  Oversee inventory management, spare parts control, and asset accountability.
• 
  Achieve regional operational KPIs and service performance targets.
• 
  Improve customer satisfaction by reducing service turnaround time and resolving complaints effectively.
• 
  Monitor service partner compliance and support profitability improvements.
• 
  Manage incentive settlements, warranty claims, and service-related payments.
• 
  Ensure timely closure of replacement, refund, and dealer service cases.
• 
  Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 
  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Management, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and ERP/CRM systems
• 5–8 years of experience in after-sales service, branch operations, or service operations.
• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• 
  Experience in the consumer electronics or home appliances industry is highly preferred.
• 
  Hands-on experience managing Authorized Service Partners (ASPs), customer service operations, field service teams, inventory management, and spare parts control.
• 
  Strong knowledge of CRM systems, KPI management, budgeting, customer complaint handling, and operational reporting.
