About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the overall performance and operations of a full-service banking branch. This role is responsible for driving business development, growing customer relationships, managing branch sales performance, and leading a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and commercial banking, proven leadership experience, and solid knowledge of banking products, commercial lending, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall sales, service, and operational performance of the branch.
• Develop and execute branch business plans to achieve revenue, deposit, lending, and profitability goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective consumer and commercial banking clients.
• Generate new business through outbound business development, community involvement, networking, and client referrals.
• Identify client needs and introduce appropriate banking products and services.
• Partner with internal banking teams and product specialists to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
• Monitor branch sales and customer service performance against established goals and objectives.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage branch employees while maintaining a strong performance-driven culture.
• Oversee employee performance, work assignments, development, and day-to-day branch activities.
• Ensure branch operations comply with internal policies, procedures, banking regulations, and applicable laws.
• Maintain proper controls over branch assets, records, loan collateral, and securities.
• Prepare and review required financial, operational, and regulatory reports.
• Represent the bank at community events and local organizations to develop relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking or related financial services experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong experience in branch banking, business development, commercial banking, or commercial lending.
• Solid understanding of banking products and services, including deposit and lending products.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and build long-term client relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, senior management, and community partners.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation

Base Salary: $71,000 – $140,000 per year

Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and work location.
