About You:

  • Proven experience leading teams and managing branch or wholesale operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and engage employees while promoting accountability and high performance.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing P&L performance, budgets, and financial statements.
  • Experience driving sales growth while maintaining operational effectiveness.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers, suppliers, employees, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A practical, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This role is an opportunity to:

  • Take the next step in your leadership career and broaden your scope of responsibility.
  • Strengthen your financial, operational, and people leadership capabilities.
  • Partner closely with regional leadership to influence branch strategy and performance.
  • Build a high-performing, engaged, and accountable team.
