Job Description
We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to join our team specializing in Aftermarket Service in Lubin, Dolnoslaskie, Poland
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead overall branch performance, taking accountability for financial results, operational effectiveness, asset management, and achievement of the Annual Operating Plan.
- Use financial and operational insights, including profit and loss, balanced scorecard, and asset metrics, to make timely decisions and drive sustainable business results.
- Strengthen customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow the business by developing new partnerships, alliances, and market opportunities.
- Champion an exceptional customer experience by building a customer-focused culture, monitoring feedback, and continuously improving service delivery.
- Improve branch service performance by applying defined service processes, monitoring Repair Event Cycle Time, addressing recurring warranty issues, and implementing effective process improvements.
- Build an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing team by attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining talent while establishing clear work plans and meaningful Individual Development Plans.
- Champion a strong health, safety, and environmental culture by promoting positive behaviors, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and actively participating in audits and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the branch has the capabilities, capacity, facilities, tools, processes, and resources needed to meet customer expectations while supporting broader business priorities and corporate responsibility commitments.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Business and financial leadership: Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret business metrics, manage budgets, establish priorities, and translate insights into effective decisions and results.
- People leadership: Demonstrated ability to build effective teams, develop talent, delegate and direct work, foster engagement, value diverse perspectives, and manage conflict constructively.
- Customer and commercial focus: Ability to build trusted customer relationships, understand customer expectations, identify business opportunities, and deliver customer-centric service solutions.
- Operational leadership: Strong understanding of service operations, continuous improvement, service capability and capacity, and health, safety, and environmental practices, with the ability to consistently drive results.
Education/ Experience:
- Education: College, university, or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field required.
- Experience: Significant relevant experience required, including demonstrated managerial and budgetary responsibility.
- Leadership experience: Proven experience leading teams, managing operational and financial performance, developing talent, improving customer service, and delivering results in a complex business environment.
