A national leader in overhead crane and industrial lifting company is looking for a Branch Manager at their Pittsburgh, PA location. Backed by an established regional support network and a strong safety culture, this role offers complete operational ownership without corporate red tape. You will wear multiple hats across operational leadership, team development, and local client outreach. If you have a practical background in industrial equipment, crane services, or rental operations and are looking for a high-earning, high-impact leadership role, this position provides the autonomy to build a profitable business and heavily influence the branch's new physical setup. What's In It for You:OTE up to $200K based on experience. Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and grow an operational branch team.Manage day-to-day branch operations, profit/loss performance, and growth across local manufacturing and steel industrial accounts.Spend approximately 3 days per week building relationships with regional customers in heavy industry sectors.Partner directly with executive management to select and establish a brand-new physical branch location in the Pittsburgh market.Champion a strong safety culture across all field service and shop operations.Qualifications:Hands-on experience in crane service, overhead lifting, or heavy industrial equipment/rentals.
