Branch Manager – Aldershot

£35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE £67,500+

(Additional earnings for every 5% over target achieved)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead from the front: Generate and book valuations, win instructions and set the standard for customer service
• Drive growth: Manage the sales pipeline, nurture client relationships and deliver against targets
• Inspire your team: Coach, support and motivate staff to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Showcase properties: Conduct valuations and high-quality viewings
• Strategise for success: Spot opportunities, innovate and implement ideas to drive performance

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a talented Estate Agent (5+ years’ experience) with proven success in branch leadership. You will:

• Be an energetic, ambitious and results-driven leader
• Have excellent listing, negotiating and client care skills
• Be resilient, positive and an outstanding communicator
• Possess strong commercial acumen and the ability to inspire a team
• Hold a full UK driving licence
