  • Lead an established and well-performing branch in Albury

As a Branch Manager at Coates Albury, you'll play a highly valued and critical role leading safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations.

Taking ownership of a well-established branch, you'll lead a capable team of Customer Service Coordinators and Mechanics, ensuring exceptional service delivery while driving performance across safety, fleet utilisation, customer satisfaction, revenue growth and branch profitability.

You'll bring a strong operational mindset and a commitment to Coates' Safety First culture, confidently navigating day-to-day challenges, setting clear priorities and maintaining a high-performing operation.

By leading and developing your team, you'll create a consistent rhythm across the branch and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and service excellence that reflects the high standards Coates is known for.

You'll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • Leading, coaching and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer and operational outcomes
  • Building a strong branch culture focused on safety, teamwork and accountability
  • Managing branch performance across revenue, profitability, fleet availability and utilisation
  • Overseeing workshop and fleet operations to ensure equipment is ready and available when customers need it
  • Managing branch budgets, P&L performance and key operational metrics
  • Resolving day-to-day operational challenges through proactive planning and problem-solving
  • Building strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and customer loyalty
  • Ensuring compliance with Coates' Zero Harm safety standards and operational procedures

What you'll bring to the role

  • Leadership experience within an operational, industrial, equipment hire, trade or service-based environment
  • A strong operational mindset with the ability to prioritise, organise and manage competing demands
  • Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams to achieve strong results
  • Experience managing budgets, KPIs and branch performance
  • A customer-focused approach and an understanding of what drives branch performance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Well-developed computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer management systems
