Job Description

We’re looking for a results-driven Branch Manager to lead our inside sales team, driving revenue, profitability, and customer success. This is a leadership role with P&L accountability - the ideal candidate balances strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and team development to make a measurable impact.

This position is located out of the Auburn , WA office.

Endries International was established as a fastener distributor based out of Northeastern Wisconsin. For almost 50 years, we have worked with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and built our business around supporting manufacturers. Today, Endries manages over 500,000 SKUs, including various fasteners and related production components.

What You’ll Do

  • Own financial performance for your accounts, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing inside sales team.

  • Develop strategies that optimize account management, customer satisfaction, and operational results.

  • Partner across functions to align resources, processes, and initiatives with business goals.

  • Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement improvements that drive results.

Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelors degree Business or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of progressive responsibilities & related experience, i.e. sales, marketing, management.
  • Experience in the fastener distribution industry or related experience strongly preferred.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video-conferencing tools

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work are primarily first shift hours with occasional evening and weekend work that may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

Travel is primarily local, although some out-of-area travel may be expected.
