Salary from £42,000 per year

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:
Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
You will enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.
Skills and Experience
Strong people management skills and able to develop a team
Good commercial acumen with experience hitting targets, KPI's and budgets
Previous Managerial experience within a Retail, Leisure or Hospitality sector business.
