Job Description

As the branch manager at The Granite Group, your day-to-day will vary with an array of responsibilities from culture to business. Operate your branch to optimize efficiency and most importantly, foster a culture of kindness and community within your branch, from your team to your customer base. By building a positive culture at the core, the branch manager is responsible for overlooking and maintaining efficient and smooth counter sales, seeking sales opportunities, maintaining a suitable facility appearance for both team members and customers. Working alongside the operations manager to support inventory, A/P & A/R reconciliation, manage counter and warehouse operations.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Leadership skills that resonate with our culture, empathy, kindness and a willingness to teach and learn

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Possess a high level of customer service

• Computer savvy
