Our client is a highly reputable company specializing in distribution of spare parts for maintenance, repair and overhaul products and services.

We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven professional for a challenging and rewarding position:

Branch Manager

Belgrade

Duties and responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales representatives’ team to exceed targets and deliver outstanding service
• Set, monitor, and manage performance goals for individuals and the team
• Work closely with suppliers and technical specialists to create opportunities for growth
• Oversee sales administration, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently
• Build strong customer relationships, handling queries directly and spotting opportunities to upsell across our product portfolio
• Drive quotation management by leading from the front and encouraging best practice

Expectations:

• University degree in a technical field, Business, or an equivalent professional qualification
• Relevant experience in similar positions
• Strong background in industrial distribution, MRO, or technical services
• Proven track record of successfully leading, motivating, and developing teams
• Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• Advanced computer literacy
• Driver’s license (Category B)
• Strong result-drivenmindset with excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proactive attitude, high sense of responsibility, and outstanding organizational skills
