We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of the dealership. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing sales, service and parts departments while driving performance, customer satisfaction and profitability.
You will:
Lead, coach and develop a multi-disciplinary team
Drive sales performance across new and used vehicles
Oversee financial performance including budgeting and reporting
Maintain exceptional customer experience standards
Build strong relationships within the local community
