As the Branch Manager for our Gympie store, you will play a key role in creating a positive, collaborative and high‑performing team environment. We’re looking for someone who brings strong people skills, sound judgement and the confidence to guide a team toward shared goals.

Working closely with your team, you’ll help deliver exceptional service to our customers—an essential part of the electrical industry in Australia.

A bit about your role

• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and sales teams to support long‑term partnerships.
• Coach and support your team by communicating priorities clearly and fostering an inclusive, respectful culture.
• Oversee branch operations to achieve sales, margin, profit and service targets.
• Champion safety and contribute to our strong safety‑first culture.
