Purpose
We are looking for a Neulift Branch Manager to lead and develop our branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service and sustainable business growth.
In this role, you will be fully accountable for the performance and leadership of the branch, driving both operational excellence and financial results.
Role Responsibilities
As a Branch Manager, you will:
Provide clear direction and leadership, building and maintaining a high-performing team
Drive execution, engagement, and results across all business areas
Manage and grow customer relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships
Lead service and modernization sales and operations within the branch
Deliver financial targets, including growth, profitability, and cash flow
Develop and coach employees, fostering a culture of performance, engagement, and continuous learning
Implement strategies, plans, and programs
Ensure operations are conducted according to safety regulations, and ethical standards
Monitor market trends and customer needs, providing insights to regional teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Previous experience in the elevator industry or a similar field is a strong advantage
Fluency in English
