This role oversees branch staff, ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards, manages customer and operational escalations, and partners with the Division Manager, Finance, HR, and other departments to achieve branch goals. The Branch Manager is expected to model company values, support continuous improvement, and deliver a high level of service to customers and employees. This position is primarily performed on-site in an office and branch operations environment. The role may require standing, walking, sitting, using a computer, communicating by phone or video, and occasionally visiting shop, warehouse, or customer locations. The Branch Manager is generally scheduled Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
