We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our operations in Taunton, United States. As Branch Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our branch, overseeing all operational and sales activities while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. You will be responsible for managing a talented team, optimizing branch performance, enhancing customer relationships, and achieving strategic business objectives.   • Oversee all branch operations, including sales, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and P&L responsibility to ensure efficient and profitable performance
  • Lead, develop, and mentor branch staff through hiring, training, performance reviews, and constructive feedback to maximize team potential and ensure operational excellence
  • Manage customer relationships and continuously enhance the customer experience through responsive service and innovative solutions
  • Establish and maintain a strong safety culture by implementing safety protocols, ensuring PPE compliance, conducting incident investigations, and promoting a "Zero Harm" mindset across all operations
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive growth in both units and product sales while maintaining competitive pricing and healthy margins
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain optimal stock accuracy and product availability while minimizing waste and excess inventory
  • Analyze branch performance metrics, KPIs, and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with regional management and cross-functional teams to align branch activities with organizational goals and best practices
  • Make decisive, data-driven decisions regarding product selection, pricing adjustments, and operational improvements
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

  • 3+ years of branch, warehouse, or operations management experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing P&L, budgets, and financial performance
  • Strong proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and resilience in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work collaboratively with regional management and cross-functional teams

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in wholesale, distribution, or supply chain management
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain optimization
  • Experience with safety management and compliance programs
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and revenue improvement
  • Background in customer service excellence and relationship building
  • Experience with performance metrics, KPI tracking, and business analytics
  • Certification in operations management or related field
