We seek a driven Branch Manager, Concrete and Construction Supply to take full ownership of total branch operations and drive performance across the board. This includes improving inventory accuracy, warehouse organization and standards, order accuracy and picking efficiency, delivery performance and routing. This person will be responsible for overseeing a high-volume distribution environment that supports multiple branches, so strong operations leadership experience is a must. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable managing complexity across multiple product lines, departments, workflows, logistics, and inventory.

Responsibilities:
Oversee, manage and improve each step of the customer experience (i.e. sales counter, order accuracy, order picking, warehouse operations, delivery) to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Identify, design, implement, measure and report on performance improvements for inventory accuracy, warehouse organization and standards, order accuracy and picking efficiency, delivery performance and routing.
Build, develop, and coach a high-performing team who are committed to exceeding department and company KPIs.
Ensure the efficient and effective running of total branch operations and performance with a commitment to exceeding company KPIs.
Drive internal business growth by strategically targeting and nurturing client relationships.
Comprehend customer needs and provide expert advice on concrete and construction supply materials and solutions.
Foster a customer-centric environment focused on excellent service and build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
Lead, coach and develop the department managers (Assistant Branch Manager, Showroom, Logistics, Warehouse, and Operations) to drive operational improvements and revenue growth and expand revenue streams in their departments.
Manage a team of drivers and warehouse personnel for multiple branch locations.
Personally engage in sales activities to customers as needed.
Drive alignment and accountability across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
A track record of building structure, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing systems that actually stick.
Someone who takes ownership, holds themselves accountable for results, and is wired to continuously improve how things operate.
Highly skilled in customer service, leadership, and team coaching
Experience operating in a high-volume, multi-branch distribution environment
Experience managing inventory, logistics, and multiple product lines at scale
Knowledgeable and experienced in the concrete and broader construction supply industries
5+ years of B2B concrete and construction supply distribution experience
A proven track record of success in B2B distribution sales, especially with "brick and mortar" retail sales
Possess hands on experience leading sales and operational teams
Experience being fully responsible for and owning branch performance and operations.
Experience selling to customers through the sales counter and show room
