<strong>What You’ll Do</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements  </li>
<li>Open and manage a full range of consumer and business accounts in accordance with KYC/AML standards  </li>
<li>Support teller line operations and ensure smooth frontline service delivery  </li>
<li>Drive customer satisfaction through high-quality service and timely issue resolution  </li>
<li>Lead business development efforts, including community engagement and CRA initiatives  </li>
<li>Coach, develop, and manage branch staff to support performance and growth  </li>
<li>Monitor and achieve branch KPIs, productivity, and profitability goals  </li>
<li>Address audit findings, manage risk, and ensure ongoing staff training  </li>
<li>Maintain a strong on-site presence to lead operations and support the team  </li>

<strong>What We’re Looking For</strong> </div><ul>
<li>7–10 years of banking experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role  </li>
<li>Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, compliance, and customer service  </li>
<li>Experience opening consumer and business accounts and understanding required documentation  </li>
<li>Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and develop employees  </li>
<li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills  </li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li>
