The Branch Manager will be responsible for continuing to grow the Richmond, VA and surronding area customer base by focusing on service, new installation and modernization sales, field operations, customer satisfaction, and general business management. The position will have full ownership of the P&L and will be accountable for managing all district processes, providing direction on continuous improvement activities, and achieving the company’s strategic business objectives.
Your main responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional and district operational and quality initiatives to achieve strategic objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage District Service, New Installation, Sales, and Field Superintendent teams
• Drive customer service strategy and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry influencers
• Plan, allocate, and oversee field, marketing, and administrative resources to meet operational, quality, and financial goals
• Administer field installation and service activities, including parts, tools, vehicles, and other assets for cost-effective results
• Develop and execute market plans, budgets, and sales strategies to grow revenue, market share, and product penetration
• Foster participative management, labor relations, and high team morale in alignment with company philosophy
• Analyze market, competitor, and operational changes to adjust resources and strategies for business advantage
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5 years of progressive experience in the elevator industry, a service-oriented business, or comparable field
• Prior experience managing a full P&L preferred
• Strong knowledge of products, applications, installation and service procedures, financial statements, and contract terms
• Demonstrated technical, management, negotiation, and communication skills, with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
• High self-confidence and credibility to lead through complex business challenges
