Our local client in Tampa is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our stone warehouse. This role is responsible for overseeing sales performance, warehouse operations, customer service, staff supervision, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on warehouse experience, and a solid background in the stone, tile, or building materials industry.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations, including sales, warehouse, and customer service functions
• Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse and sales staff to ensure productivity and high performance
• Drive sales growth by building strong relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and retail customers
• Oversee inventory control, receiving, shipping, and product organization
• Ensure safe warehouse operations and compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Monitor branch performance, track sales metrics, and implement strategies to improve results
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience
• Proven sales experience, preferably in stone, tile, granite, marble, quartz, or building materials
• Hands-on warehouse operations experience
• Industry experience in stone, construction materials, or related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in basic computer systems and inventory software
