As a Branch Manager, you will:
- Lead by example and hold your team accountable for meeting branch sales and service goals as well as financial and operational goals.
- Challenge yourself in a fast-paced, goal driven work environment.
- Manage deadlines and day to day operations.
- Participate and lead special project teams.
- Inspire your team to do their best and be a thoughtful and caring leader.
- Collaborate with peers and be an effective communicator for the betterment of the credit union.
- Always adhere to the highest ethical standards and exhibit professional conduct.
What we need you to have:
- A college degree (highly preferred).
- Two to five years of similar or related management and leadership experience, including the direct supervision of others.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products, especially Excel. We use Teams and Outlook heavily too.
- Knowledge of credit union products, services, and policies, which you may already have an understanding of, but don't worry - we'll provide top-notch training!
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
