Branch Manager – Job Description

Title Branch Manager

Reports To: Regional Manager

A Branch Manager leads and manages day-to-day operations of the branch by delivering first-class service and achieving financial objectives through employee engagement and high operational standards. A branch manager will be able to achieve a productive and profitable operation, while helping to promote a positive corporate image by pushing for results, building a strong team, and delivering excellent customer service.

Job Duties

·Manage staff and daily scheduling and assign duties.

·Ensure a good working environment for employees.

·Resolve customer complaints and warranty issues.

·Accountable for inventory and proper cash handling.

·Ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State and local laws and OSHA regulations.

·Determine staffing requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff.

·Develop relationships with key accounts and insurance providers.

·May perform the duties and responsibilities of the Technician.

·Driving company or customer vehicles may be required.

Requirements

·Degree in Business Administration or related field desired; or comparable years of experience

·Experience in retail or office management including dispatching and scheduling, inventory and fleet management

·Excellent driving record as well as a valid driver's license

·Knowledge of retail practices and procedures

·Excellent Customer Service skills and Sales skills

·Proficient in POS and MS Office

·Knowledge of installation and repair techniques in Auto Glass industry
