Starting Pay Range: $56,676.39 to $66,678.11

First Alliance Credit Union is seeking a Branch Lead to serve as the primary onsite leader for the branch while continuing to build member relationships, originate loans, and drive performance.

This is a working leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching others, leading by example, and creating exceptional member experiences. You'll maintain your own lending and production goals while helping lead branch operations, develop team members, and support overall branch success.

What You'll Do

• Originate loans and maintain individual production goals
• Coach, develop, and support branch team members
• Conduct regular 1:1s and provide performance feedback
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management activities
• Lead daily branch operations, workflow, and branch coverage
• Build strong member relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Help create a positive, accountable, and engaging team culture

Requirements

• 2+ years of financial services, retail banking, or member service experience
• Proven success in lending, sales, and relationship building
• Leadership potential with a passion for coaching and developing others
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance operational leadership with personal production goals
