We are on the hunt for a Branch Director to lead the team in our Wednesbury branch

Details:Hours: 7am- 5pm Monday to Friday

Location: Portway Road, Wednesbury, Walsall WS10 7EQ

WhatYou’llBe Doing

• Lead, coach and support a team of 30 to deliver strong results while driving continuous improvement and identifying new opportunities for growth.

• Demonstrates strong commercial awareness, consistently making decisions that drive sustainable growth and profitability.

• Drives high performance through effective performance management and strong people leadership, setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback and developing individuals to reach their full potential.

• Delivers operational excellence by streamlining processes, improving efficiency and maintaining consistently high standards across all areas of performance.

• Collaborate with the wider network to support Customer requirements and business activities

• Adjust the nature of services delivered according to developments in customer needs and expectations

• Build effective relationships with suppliers

• Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth

• Ensureaccuratestock levels aremaintained, carrying out regular stock counts

• Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority anddemonstratehow you can keep yourself and others safe at work

• Previousleadership experience within Civils Materials distributor

• Strong Sales aptitude

• DrivingLicenseisrequired
