Job Description

Deliver. Support. Care.

At Right2Drive, we do more than help people get back on the road — we help them move forward with confidence.

When drivers are involved in accidents that weren’t their fault, we provide a seamless, stress-free replacement vehicle experience so they can focus on what matters most.

With a growing presence across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines, we’re proud to deliver clarity, care, and confidence when people need it most.

Our team takes care of the details, managing claims, coordinating logistics, and supporting customers every step of the way. And now, we’re looking for someone who shares that same commitment to great service.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Casual Branch Coordinator to join our team at our [XXXX] branch, working hours will be offered weekdays and weekends.

This is a multi-skilled, branch-based role that combines vehicle delivery and fleet presentation duties with proactive claims and customer follow-up. You'll represent Right2Drive professionally at every customer touchpoint — from processing new leads and applications, to phone-based follow-up on claims progress, through to hands-on delivery and collection of loan vehicles.

It's a role that combines customer service, attention to detail, and pride in doing things right.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Preparing, delivering and collecting loan vehicles to meet client expectations and delivery targets
  • Ensuring fleet vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and presented to a high standard
  • Contacting customers, insurers, repairers and other stakeholders by phone to obtain information and progress claims
  • Providing regular, proactive updates to customers throughout the claims and hire journey
  • Processing new referrer and web-based leads and applications accurately and on time
  • Accurately recording customer, claim and vehicle information in the claims management system

About You

You're a down-to-earth, collaborative team player with a passion for helping others. You bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You'll also bring:

  • A valid driver's licence and clean driving record
  • Experience in claims, recoveries, accident management, customer service or a related operational environment (highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence liaising by phone with customers, insurers and repairers
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with high attention to detail when using computer systems

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a supportive, customer-focused team that truly makes a difference
  • Gain valuable hands-on experience across delivery, claims and customer service in a growing national business
  • Enjoy flexible casual hours and opportunities for career growth
