Service Alberta and Red Tape Reduction provide essential services and supports to Albertans and government operations. The Citizens Services Division is at the forefront of delivering effective and innovative solutions to meet the needs of Albertans.
The Policy and Registry Services Branch supports vital registry services and strategic policies in the division, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Coordinator to join the Executive Director’s Office. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the branch through financial management, administrative support, action request coordination, and executive assistance.

The Branch Coordinator provides comprehensive coordination and support for budget management, purchasing, service requests, information management, and action request workflows across the branch. The role also includes direct executive support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, issue prioritization, and leadership team collaboration. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional, proactive problem-solver, skilled communicator, and strong relationship builder.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following GoA competencies:
High school diploma and three years of related experience.
Equivalency Directly related education or experience considered on the basis of 1 year of education for 1 year of experience; or 1 year of experience for 1 year of education
